I would say it's fairly evident that spending money on clothes that don't fit is an utter waste of time and money. You might speak with one of the sales reps or a manager at the store to see if they can order you what you want in a size that fits, have a look around to see if you can find the same thing elsewhere but in the right size, or just suck it up and live life without this particular outfit.

hi! i am a model so i hope i can help! : )
i am afraid that the "perfect pants and shirt" aren't so perfect if they don't fit you! i have gone through this sooooo many times .. unfortunatly, there is nothing you can do about your size and the pants/shirt not fitting! try finding clothes similar to the "perfect" ones .. who know's? you might just find the "better than perfect" outfit!!! : ) where did you get the outfit? if it was from a place like Abercrombie, check American Eagle or Hollister .. they should have some like them! there are some really cute jeans at AE right now (i LOVE the artist jeans!) and also very cute tops at Wet Seal!

best wishes and i feel for you!

See if the store can special order your size for you. That is often easier than you think to do. Ask and see. You may well be surprised and end up with those perfect pants and shirt.

Good luck!!

If they are not your size -- how can they be perfect?

If they are a little too large, maybe you or someone can alter them. If they are much too large, or if they are too small - alteration is not practical.
