That was the general idea, yes! But in reality, is anarchy possible? Look at John Lydon selling out to reality T.V! I also heard he runs a real estate business! How anarchy is that!
The Damned are touring at the moment, and they're still as good as they were in '76! And they never sold out!! So maybe a life of anarchy is possible, if you don't mind touring year in, year out to make ends meet!! Smash the state!!

Don't understand the first part of the question. But just thought punk rockers were all kinds of people who enjoyed a certain type of music. I like punk music and I'm very respectable and law-abiding.
