i wanted to lose like 10 pounds during the summer and come back to school looking all hot and junk, but i only weigh 2lbs less than i did when school got out and theres only 6 more days till school starts again!! PLEASE someone help me! i don't want to completely starve. but how much could i lose and what could i do??

you can lose about 5 pounds in six days. first of all, you have to get up around 7 in the morning and go walking or jogging for about 45 min. then when you get to the house do some crunches and butt exercises for about 20 min. For the next 5 days only eat oatmeal for breakfast, salad for launch, and a piece of fruit for dinner. remember not to eat after 7 o'clock pm. Do about 30 crunches again before you go to bed. Every time you feel hungry between meals, just drink water till you're filled up. Don't lose focus, because you can lose that 8 pounds.

This diet is very hard "BUT" it works ! You only can eat these things. All the meat you want. Lettuce, tomato, spinach, some green beans, cabbage, . NO SODAS ! NO FRUIT ! NO SUGAR ! NO CAR-BS! Meaning no bread, no fruits, no gravies, if you want sugar you need to use sweet n low. You may have lemon. No grains, cereals, you may have cheese, eggs. No milk. It sounds pretty hard huh ? Well, it kinda isn't the first 2 weeks is hard but after that it's a breeze. I know that you said that you only needed to lose 10 pounds , just try it for that week. This diet guarantees you to lose at least 5-10 pounds a week. It does work. It depends on how dedicated you are to it I lost 37 pounds in one month. And was not hungry! Oh, I forgot LOTS of green tea ! I forgot something : You can use salad dressing but only buy the salad dressing that states 4 carbs in front of the bottle. Good luck ! try this. eat 3 meals a day and a snack in between each and after dinner. Do not consume more than 1200 calories a day. Take a walk around the block (or 2) each morning, afternoon or evening. If you are still hungry, eat carrots, celery or something that is low or no calorie. This will lose you between 5-10 pounds. It works, but you cannot eat more than 1200 calories a day. There are so many things at the grocery store, but its gonna cost you. This is similar to weight watchers and jenny craig. Good luck!!
