How to get a windows XP boot cd?

I need to make a cd to reinstall windows XP home edition. I do not have a floppy disk drive, and would like to download a ready made cd if possible. There must be a way to do it as XP is already installed on my machine.

Windows XP as I know is CD bootable. To boot on it, go to SETUP and make CD drive your FIRST boot. Just make sure when XP finished copying and reboot, go to setup AGAIN to change your boot drive to drive C.
