I don't think that's the actual bug's name, its just what the guy making the video called it, probably, since he found it in bolivia and didn't know what to name it. you'd think they would have an entry for it in wikipedia, but I can't find it under the name bolivia bug.

It's probably a moth caterpillar, as they have some seriously wierd stuff down in South America, but it's not a Puss moth caterpillar as that's British and doesn't look anything like the walking rug in the video!
