the answer below above me is pretty funny. Im assuming you mean commercial property and it is very, very expensive to rent. En a small are, you have to think about supply and demand, not to mention that its in cook count which has high rates to begin with.

Check the classified ads for that area!
Call a local realtor and ask if they handle rental properties (some do).
Go to Navy Pier, drive around and maybe you'll get lucky and see a for rent sign in a window.
