consult floyd landis...that guy knows how to make the body produce high levels of testoterone by natural means so you will be able to perform much better....whether its legal or not the courts will have to decide...but that shouldnt be an issue to you

Look, this may seem strange, and it might not work at first, but trust me, it will. This adivce was given by some dude from Washington redskins, wich came to out basketball camp.
Here's what u have to do. Stop running on your toes. Stop running on your heels. You must run on the BALLS of your feet, with toes toes pointing up. This is the best method. When engaging into a run, you must jump with your feet a step back, while holding ur upper body still, thus giving the body a 45* position. In the moment u hit the ground, start sprinting. The 45* angle will increase ur speed.
Same thing with jumping, jump on the balls of ur feet, and use ankle weights, they are good.

all of this comes natural to your body, you either got it or you don't. People that have a good jumping ability was gifted, they didn't practice. Same with running, you cant practice running faster, but you could practice running longer distance, so you don't get tired so soon. Running around the track could get you in better shape so you don't get tired so soon.

okay well for jumping my dad always has me lower my hoop and jump and touch the net on the left, and then right. then i try and get higher then where i touched the time before. it seems to be helping a bit

and for running i suggest suicides. use a basketball court. start at one end, run to the foul line, touch it and come back. run to half court, touch it, come back. go to the farther foul line, touch and come back. then just do half court again and closest foul line. time yourself and try and beat your time.
i have been doing suicides with every sports team im on, and they do work you good and help.
