your body lacks pigmentation in the bottom of yor feet and hands...thats why they never tan.
Also melanin, the thing that makes your skin darker cannot form on the bottoms of your feet because the cells are constantly dying, the reason they are pink is because they are technically partially dead!

right- the palms and soles of the feet lack pigmentation. That's why a white person's palms and feet are pink (lol, or yellow, if the skin is thick enough)

There is too much padding/skin on the bottom of your feet as well as on your hands for the pigment to clearly show through.

Because thats the dirty part of the body. Same as the a$s crack is also white and the palms of the hands.

Your body hasent made enough pigmentation on the botom of your fett to color them

assuming you are not a white person, I would guess its because they are never exposed to the sun.
