i think he should be impeached. for many reason. he is ripping off his own country. did anyone knoe that bush holds most of the stock in crude oil because of him is why are gas prices are so high. he is also not doing jack about the was in iraq and stuff if he was a good president he would not be killing all are troops. if he was smart he would just send a bomb over there and bomb them with out killing all are troops. cause we do have the technology to send a plane over there to bomb them with out killing anyone.. and we wouldent be loseing all are military men and we could put them where thay need to be.. at the border of mexico

Why would he be impeached? That is ridiculous. He has done nothing to deserve or warrant being impeached. Clinton lied to the country and more important under oath to a grand jury and nothing happened to him.
If this is a question related to the war...one day everyone will see that every decision he has made is correct. This is not a war about oil...it's a war about freedom. Terrorists are not just gonna wake up one day and decide they like America. Be serious. Hell, look at Israel..they tried to stop the attacks and give Hezbollah a chance to surrender and they continued to attack...there is no end until they are overpowered and defeated and war is the only way to do that.
If anything, we captured Sadaam....that's worth it so far to me!!!

Illegal wiretaps, illegal detentions of American citizens w/o council (Padilla), the huge screw up in Iraq, I mean the list of impeachable offenses is getting pretty impressive at this point.

That said, he should not be impeached. Now the why. First of all, I think the prime mover is Cheney, not Bush, and you do not have the time left to get rid of them both. Second, it preoccupies congress with yet another red herring. They first and foremost need to work on that utterly rancid budget we have. Everything else at this point is just window dressing.

Impeachment doesn't mean that he should be thrown out of office and well...Clinton was impeached for ruining a blue dress, so yes, if W. lied about weapons of Mass Destraction...er...I mean Destruction, then heck yeah, He should be called on the carpet for that, especially since people have died as a result, tax paying AMERICANS have died, and even though it is their JOB to go to other countries and defend America and American interests, they shouldn't have to die just because of spin-doctored facts.

None of this should be taken to mean that I am for or against Bush, but as an American who is quite concerned with the direction this country is taken, and the precedents that our current President has set, I feel that as an American who pays taxes, I need for the leader of this country (my servant, whether he likes that idea or not) to come clean about anything and everything that he does with the tax money I pay and with my reputation as both an American and a citizen of this earth. As an American, I am expected to uphold a certain measure of social, ethical, and moral decorum, and well...a president elected BY the American people (even though few people will admit to voting for him) he is required by the position of his office to come clean at least to the people who voted for him. If he has nothing to hide, or if his intentions were honest and clean, then he'll have a subject for future books to write.

Impeachment is like verbal masturbation. It just doesn't get the job done. I personally feel he should be prosecuted in a criminal court for the deaths his false leadership has caused. I read somewhere (don't ask me where, I'm old and won't remember) that W's killed more Iraqi citizens than Saddam and his departure from the truth has cost more of our young hero's their lives than Osama's WTC attack did. Who's the bad guy now?

If you can impeach Clinton for what he did, you should be able to impeach Bush for the wire taps, invading Iraq and more. Would you be able to convict him? Probably never happen. But the sham that was the Clinton impeachment should at least allow them to look into genuinely criminal behavior like the wire taps - at least ask the question and acquit if found not to be illegal.

I don't think he should have ever got in to start with. And as far as impeaching him he would just do like he did when he thought he was going to lose the election and tie it up for the next 2 years anyway. And we don't have a congress with any hair in there azz so it ain't going to happen.. If there was ever a president that need inpeached it's G.W.Bush!! All you have to do is just go fill your car up and you will see why. Plus he lies about this stupid war!!! so there it is!! And you heard it forn a REAL Nutcase!!""NUT'S""..PS.. did i win...did i win...did i win???

Depends how far in impeaching Bush.

Clinton was impeached, but not thrown out of office. It was more of a hit to his reputation.

So are you talking about calling out his immorality or whatever OR actually kicking him out of office?

Because personally, I don't know how much longer Cheney's gonna live.

i believe president bush should be impeached. i dislike him and the way he runs politics. in my opinion he is one of the worst presidents we've had. in too many speeches he's messed up saying my country instead of our country. he had been warned a hurricane was heading to New Orleans and yet refused to go until it was too late. everyone has their own opinion but to me Bush should get off his butt and start realizing if he gets warned of something he needs to take action and not wait until its too late.
