I am an MD. The fact is, the only genetic difference between men and women is that men have a "Y" chromosome in the place of the 2nd "X" chromosome that women have. Otherwise the two sexes are genetically identical. Furthermore it is true that all fetuses start out as a female regardless of the genetic makeup, and the male genetalia begin to be female at first and then only later do they become male. Next time you have the opportunity, examine a male's genitals and notice the suture line that exists from the tip of the penis extending down between the two halves of the scrotum and ending at the rectum. This is where the "female" labia majora knit themselves together to form the male version of genitalia. Similarly, the male testes form exactly where the female ovaries form, and then they migrate down into the scrotum at around the seventh month of pregnancy, which is very late in the overall development. Furthermore, it is a fact that ~1% of breast cancer deaths are in males. I know first hand about this, since I knew someone who died this way. And he did feel kind of strange showing up for his mammogram, but it wasn't funny at his funeral.

Guys have nipples because, in the womb, all fetuses start out as female. Therefore, they have nipples. As the fetus destined to become male matures, it loses some female traits and gains male traits, but for some reason the nipples don't disappear.
To clarify a previous answer... guys can't produce milk because they don't have mammary glands. The fat doesn't have anything to do with the ability to produce milk. After all, how many guys have you seen that have man boobs and still can't produce milk, while girls with very small breasts (little/no fat) can still make it?

there is an especial hormone in body wich participate and has the main roul in milking and thats Prolaktin( Im not sure about the spelling) . females have special receptors for Prolaktin and its in their bubs. but males dont have such receptor for prolaktin although they produce prolaktin. so, since males dont have prolaktin receptor in their body, they can't produce milk.
why is that the case? because in evolution, its not necessary that males have roul in milking and nutritioning the offsprings.because they have to spend energy on other tasks and females must spend energy on nutritioning.

well guys can produce breast milk. however their testosterone over powers the estrogen in their bodies. since it is the females who produce the milk then they have more estrogen than testosterone. however, if a male takes female hormone pills, he will eventually begin to lactate.
