Pay attention to the road would be a great idea because I can't stand it when people don't do that.

Try licence plate bingo or poker. For the pokeryou need to make the best hand out of the different cars you can see. For the bingo you need to have a bingo card and use the cars plates to make a win in a row.
There is also a good game for children when in the car called I spy. It is a game where one person finds and object and tells you what letter the object starts with and the others look quickly to see if they can find it.
Another good one is Guess the jingle.

count how many ppl have their figures up their noses! i do that all the time. or see which lane is moving the fastest but picking out 1 or 2 cars from each lane that u can remember and see who wins then go in that lane.
it works really good when 1 lane is going 2 mph and another is going 10mph.
or try singing really loud get into it make the car go to the beat when i have to stop.
check out licence plates. see if they say anything weird. one time me and my friend were doing that and she looked up a little on a truck and it has a ford sign on it but it didn't say ford it said a bad word that started with an f. we got a good laugh out of that.

Start staring at the people in the cars near you and watch the reaction. Try differrent facial expressions and judge the results.
It might be wise to have thicker glass installed or purchase a zapper or stun gun for those that become too reactive or aggressive.
Nothing like a zap from a 25000 vt stun gun to make a man shat in his socks.

turn up the radio louder. Sign the lyrics to the song playing. cut in with air guitar when possible. Drum with the feet and pound on the steering wheel while shaking your head from side to side. smile when you sing loud and hit the notes.

Get out of your car and sneak up to the windows on other cars and then pop up and scream random things.
For example...
"AHHH I'm A MONKEY!!"
or "AHHH!!! ooh sorry, I thought you were a monster"

well this my cost a lot but you could buy a laptob download vongo which download movies and put movies on your laptob vongo cots 10 bucks a month
