YOU are the one who can help yourself forget the ex-girlfriend.
Get a grip. Tell yourself to knock it off. Remind yourself you're only 14 years old. You're not really quite a "guy" yet. You're still a boy (no offense intended to you). Get your mind on stuff other than girls at least until the next girl shows up.
In all seriousness, part of being mature is being able to take control of your own emotions. If you're not able to do that, that's understandable because you're young. It does say, though, that you may not quite be ready for anything other than light relationships were girls for now.

Go up tp Angeles City. If it is anything like it was when I was there in the late 1980's, then for the price of a case of beer, there are plenty of ladies who can take your mind off of your girlfriend.
