Shorts or skort, a white tee (doesn't show sweat) or a sleeveless tank, deo!, and tennis shoes without black bottoms- any other color bottoms great (most tennis courts won't let you have shoes w/ black bottoms) I hope I helped!

Most players i have coached wear polyester breathable shirts such as clima cool by Adidas, Hydro- move by Reebok, Dri-Fit by Nike etc. You can also wear a shirt made of cotton, some of my players will often practice without a shirt but I don't recommend doing that at clubs. Also you will want to make sure you have shorts with deeper pockets. You can also wear nylon warm-ups with pockets or anything that handles moisture well that doesn't restrict movement. Socks are dependent on how much cushioning you want versus how well they handle moisture. Thorlo makes some very good socks. Lastly Tennis shoes are very important. Most tennis shoes are specially made to handle the rigors of fast side to side movement with hard stops. Most tennis shoes can be identified with a toe guard or extra material around the front lip of the shoe. I suggest going to a tennis pro-shop and trying on several different pair but make sure you have a little room in the toe box because your foot will expand as you play. Most all shoe brands have god models and bad ones, if you need advice on good models just email me.

Here's my favorite outfit-
BIKE shorts (they dont have pockets so only wear them if you're comfortable putting the tennis balls under the shorts...but htey hold them well.), a razor back tank top, whatever shoes you have for tennis (I'm a WILSON shoe fan!), and Old Navy sport socks (low-cut).
If I want to make a really good impression though I'd wear a plain tennis skirt or dress but nothing flashy to practice!!

For me, I wear tennis skirt (I prefer bike shorts under) and tank top/ shirt. Sometimes, shorts with pockets ( to hold the ball) and a shirt. Tennis shoes and socks, of course. Plus visor to keep the sun and my hair out of my face.

Just comfortable shorts with pockets, t-shirt, and tennis shoes. I usually wear a sweat band as well to keep the sweat out of my eyes. That's it.

Tennis outfit and court shoes.
Or outfit that will not hinder you playing tennis properly nor be a danger to yourself nor endanger the lives of other people (like wearing nothing and everyone will be looking at you and not cencentrating when the ball hit them)

Wear what you want, depending on where you are & what you're comfortable with. Usually I wear tennis sneakers, socks, shorts & a loose fitting collared shirt -but at times have worn as little as just sneakers.

here's what you should wear:
- put sun screen every two hours
- shorts with pockets for the balls
- white dri-fit tee shirt so you can keep cool
- socks
- adequate tennis shoes that have reinforcements and cushions
- wristband to wipe the sweat
- hat eventually
- and a towel
