There are so many genes in the human genome that to get an exact match in two separate babies would be extremely unlikely. The only reason identical twins are identical is because their egg split somewhere at the beginning of the pregnancy. Think about any mating between two people; are all of their children identical?

No.

Male twin #1 and Female Twin #1 wouldn't even have children that are identical if they have more than one pregnancy.

All these children (brothers, sisters, cousins) would look as much alike as brothers and sisters would usually look.

No. Even if 1 man and 1 woman "make" 2 children, they are not identical.

If you are asking if the children of both couples would be identical, I would have to say it is possible.

It would depend on hereditary genes. Usually fraternal twin girls have twins.

Ooh, good question. I suppose there would be some similarities, but they wouldn't necessarily look exactly alike.
