My husband just recently started an online business with his co-worker. He's also trying to buy some investment property. Should he just concentrate on one thing at a time? I'm concerned about money going out, and that he might be going about things a bit haphazardly.

I don't know your husband, but I would concentrate on establishing the business before going into something else.

Some may pay off, others may not.

If he's dedicated to family and wants to build a better future for you, then work with him and maybe the two of you will become true partners, not just a married couple.

Ask him to write up a simple business plan for both. When both are complete you debate relative merits (risk/reward) of the two.
