Can anyone tell me what organ we have that the rat is missing? I know the answer, do you?

They do not have a gall bladder !!

humans and rats are mammalian, thats why we so similar. and we have very differnet lifestyles(our organs function were improved under the lifestyle)

I honestly have no clue lol now /there's/ something they don't teach you in school. But when you think about it it's kind of interesting.
