I've been using www.carrotink.com for years. They also have regular specials where, with a $40 order, you get free shipping and a free black cartridge (for certain printers). There is also #1inkjet, and printpal. Anytime you are looking for a good deal, try www.bizrate.com. You will get a list of dealers and prices for you to compare.

I have good luck and and quality with inkamerica.com. the are out of Mass.
