To vote is one of the significant right of a person because it is an opportunity for the citizen to choose the candidate that he wants. There is no other direct way to have this right to choose a leader.

Only recently I was registered as an independent and would vote for whomever I thought was the best candidate. But after watching the corruption of this administration, I changed to democrat and for now on will vote that way!!

I may live in Texas, and my canidates usually have no chance (go Kinky!) but I know my "wacky liberal" vote will cancel out a "rabid right-winger" vote somewhere, so it does some good.

I vote and I am proud to say I voted for President Bush. I did not, however, vote for the liberal nutcase from my state Russ Feingold.
