No not Jade Dragon.
I now 3 people that received infections from there.
Check the yellow pages....tons of them in there.....but stay away from the Jade.

It's at the intersection of Broadway and Montrose, right off of the Montrose exit. I've never actually been there, but everyone I see coming out has awesome looking tats.

None will. The regulation replaced a pair years decrease back. No place can legally tattoo you in case you're a minor in Illinois (inspite of parental consent). Indiana, Wisconsin or some crappy decrease back alley save are your in basic terms strategies, different than waiting a pair years.

I got my first tat there and a good friend of mine got most of the ink on his arms at Deluxe. All the tattoo artists have mad skills. Go in and take a look at their portfolios to see for yourself.

If youre willing to go to the suburbs go to Pores of Color in Frankfort on Route 30 and see Dennis Ash. Hes an award winning artist who did my three tats and belly button piercing.
