I would go to a salon, but you can also soak them in an acetone solution I think. You should call a beauty supply store like Sally's and ask them what's best.

Oh let me tell you sister I had this problem before and so has my daughter Shandra! You soak them in hot water for about 13 minutes and then after you let them soak you DO NOT dry them just take the nail filer and file them down to your normal size and they will wear away in less than 2 days! If you dont want to wait that long you can tell the Nail Shop to take them off!

Acryclics can either be removed by a professional (which hurts,) or they can be removed by yourself (which also hurts.) I have acrylics on right now, and am planning to take them off myself. You should always cut them short before you do so, and then soak them in acetone. Also be aware that they should be pretty grown out by time you do this, then some can even be pulled off from the sides.

Soak your nails in a bowl of acetone. They will become soft and they will be easy to remove.

file it off with nail file or soak in nail polish remover with hot water...best bet, go to nail salon. Hell of alot easier and less painful ;)

no. You are going to have damage (even if you go to a professional to have them removed). However, don't try it at home.
