When you have a UTI, do you drink this rotten, foul, turpentine-flavored UNSWEETENED cranberry juice? And how much? That is, how fast do you go thru it...?

Cran-grape or other cranberry cocktails are NO GOOD for UTI. They are only 27% juice and mostly SUGAR, which can AGGRAVATE UTI.
I have drunk straight 100% cranberry juice to relieve UTI symptoms before. That stuff is acrid, but you acquire a taste for it after a while. You're supposed to do 8 ounces 3 times daily. But if you can't tolerate that, you can buy cranberry extract tablets at Trader Joe's or any health food store. You can find them in the vitamins and supplements aisle. Take 'em with water and you won't taste a thing!

I used to drink cranberry grape or my fave cran rasberry when I'd get a UTI or feel like I was getting one. Personally I like the taste of it, so I could go through a bottle a day, but if you don't like the taste, you can also try OTC meds (I think they actually have a cranberry based one now) and drink tons of water. It really helps.

Right right here mate. I love a wide variety of steel (good, the well sorts.... now not korn or any shite like that). I do not know why there appears to be so few people. I bought the 'you're the primary woman I've met who listens to black steel' simply final night time. Then I needed to cross by way of the entire bands to peer if I truthfully recognize what I'm speaking approximately.

You can get Cranberry softgels at places like Vitamin World and you won't taste them. You will also get the right mgs. you need. Also, you may want to pick up some Caprylic (spelling??) Acid to go along with it.....it really helps.
