A little trick for you, hold down the "Crtl" key and use the scroll button on your mouse. Scroll up to decrease the size, down to increase the font size.

I think I have the latest version of Yahoo. Are you able to cursor up to either the left or right top corner until you get a diagonal, two-headed arrow? If you do, you can drag the window out.

There's a little button in the upper right hand corner called "Page Options." If you click that, then choose "Switch to Narrow Layout," it will rearrange the page so that it fits in less space.

Increase your resolution. Right click desktop go to properties then go to the settings tab. Slide the resolution tab to the right to AT LEAST 1024X768

Check your text size. In MSIE, if your text size is set at "larger", try "medium". It's ok on my Firefox and IE.
