I want to remove fungus sticking on my house walls, causing black patches?

I tried everything to keep the indoors dry. Try to make house more ventilated. But somehow fungus finds its way inside and makes black patches on the house walls. Any house hold remedy or sprays available to stop these fungus spreading over the walls.

That sounds like black mold...it is very nasty...will make you sick with allergy like symptoms....check with a specialist in mold abatement.....it will spread if you mess with it..not knowing how...it usually grows on the back of drywall...(brown paper side)...between the walls...mostly @ the bathroom..or where there is a leak.

I use straight bleach I pour the bleach in a spray bottle where you can set it to Stream and squirt the areas. Make sure you have your window open, it is very strong smelling and dont stay in the room for too long, do a little at a time. Bleach is the same as the stuff they sell as mold killer and make you pay a fortune for. If this doesnt work it could be that there is mold under the paintwork, in that case its considerable more work of asking the hardware and possibly repainging using a mold killer undercoat and paint. A solution of strong bleach and water will kill the spores but the best thing to do is go down to the paint store and ask for the sealer that prevents it from returning...watch out for black mold...it can cause lots of health issues.

yep ! try mean green itll clean anything .i use it all the time it the best.you can get it at any store or dollar gen for $5........... good luck ......................lonewolf
