Take the items and your receipt back to get the gift. Just do it as soon as possible most of those gifts are "while supplies last"

They don't always give out promotional gifts. If there was no sign advertising it, then you don't get one. Why did you walk away without it? Return with the purchase and the receipt, and ask for the promotional gift.

Return the items with the receipt back to the store- if they do not give you your gift with purchase contact Clinque directly and let them know what happened.

You should be able to just go back with the receipt and let them know you never received the gift.

Bring the receipt back, based on the date they should give you the gift. Make sure you do it as soon as possible, other wise they'll say they ran out!
