If you mean that guys that are actually skating? Probably it makes it easier to have your clothes tigher when you're playing than having it loose. If you're talking about a fashion thing, then I don't really know.

Guys in tight pants are gay, also remember mens lowrise jeans very queer also. I dont think it ever caught on. My thoughts on men wearing low rise jeans is you better have a little di.ck cause if you dont and get a erection its gonna poke out.
