Pet Peeves...?

What is it that other drivers do that annoy or drive you nuts???

For me there's two main things..
1- the driver is too busy either talking on their cell phone, smoking, applying makeup, fooling with the radio or doing other things to distract theirselves from the fact that other people are on the road.
2- People who do not care enough about thier children to have them in safety seats, they don't care that if they were in an accident their child will more then likely be killed cause they are not in car seats.

I hate slow drivers, people overly concerned with safety (when I was I was a child the car seat wasn't even invented yet) stupid people on the road, don't know rules, what signs mean... there are way to many pet peeves to list here.

My #1 Pet Peeve:

1. While eating at a restaurant with someone and we're clearly talking and the waiter interrupts me to ask me: "is everything OK?" (Can't they see I'm in the middle of conversation) and then, later on, when I need help, the waiter is nowhere to be found.

This tells me that they only asked "if everything was OK" so that they could sneak out for a cigarette or do some kind of errand.and that they really DON'T care if "everything is OK."

AND

2. Girls who wear sandals or shoes exposing their toes with unpainted toenails.

LOL...oops, you meant DRIVER PET PEEVES!!!!

Well in that case:

1. Tail gaters on rainy days
2. People driving the wrong direction on a ONE WAY street.
3. Women driving behind me who are putting on their makeup.
4. Driving by a movie theatre after the premiere of "The Fast and the Furious."
5. S.U.V.'s who block my horizon.
6. Traffic.
7. Accidents
8. People who honk their horns to emphasize anger.
9. People who double park and cause traffic when there is a space where they can pull into.
10. In Parallel Parking: when I am ready to leave and a car pulls in front of me, stops and signals because they want my parking spot instead of waiting behind my vehicle and signalling to take my parking spot.

How about the drivers that race up the right hand lane that ends, just to get a couple(if that) car lengths ahead, but causes everyone else to slow down to let that driver merge? Drivers in the left lane going slower than the cars in the right lane. Drivers on the cell phone, period. People that throw trash, including cigarettes, out their window. People that drive in the bike lane to make a right turn. Call me Norma Ray, but this stuff is madening.

1- How people are so selfish. I mean like how some really rich people dress up like poor people and sit on the street and beg for money. I mean what's the point of doing that, when they're rich? Also how some people only think about themselves and how some people are so concieted and self centered. I can't stand that.

2- How people can hate. I don't understand how people hate other people just because they're different. I don't get why there's so much racism in the world. Why can't they just oversee the differences and get on with their life, instead of causing war and problems.

3- I don't get why some people are just so ignorant. They don't care about anything or anyone else except themselves and their problems. Like some people are saying to me about global warming that "Well it's up to your generation to fix it." And I'm like no, it's up tp everyone. It's everyone's problem. I mean if there's nothing done about it, then part of the gulf coast is going to be submerged under water by 2100. (I read that in a magazine.)

i really shouldnt answer this question because i do about everything that you shouldnt do when driving and i maneged to never get in a accident, but here i go. I absoulutly hate it when the speed limit is 60 so everyone is going 75 , and there are store on the right side of the highway, so here i am doing 70 and some asshole tries to pull out of tacobell on the highway without looking for traffic.
Also i cant stand when people keep there blinkers on

The cell phone is my biggest worry. I've seen drivers all over the road while their attention is on their phone call.
The red light runners bug me also.
And I can't stand people tail gating me... what if I had to stop suddenly?

Agressive driving. When you are taking your time, driving conservatively (close to the speed limit) and typically, idiot-prone, jerkitis infected, owner of the highways, tries to convince you that since he is 2 inches from your fender/bumper, that you should get out of his way. After all, he pays his taxes, too; therefore, he should be able to run over any stupid idiot who does not care to drive at 15 mph over the limit.

When people drive fast in bad weather.
Happened today, 4 girls flew by me, then 10 minutes later I sat in traffic for 1/2 hour cause they crashed. They were all ok.

Drivers riding with their turn signal on.
Drivers going 30 miles in a 55 mile zone.

Passing really quickly only to get to the same red light right in front of you.
