How did David Blaine or whatever that idiotic illusionists name is survive inside a tank of water for (I forget how long) was it four days? Didn't he crap and pee in his water? Wouldn't that have caused severe sickness or was it just a highly elaborate illusion?

he fasted an d lived on a liquid diet, his kidneys started to shut down,He got really sick.
He peed in a tube.inside his suit.
