I'm obviously not a guy, but I do know the answer. I learned the answer over the last 23 years spent dating, getting married and divorced, dating and married again. Here it is:
If a guy likes you more than a friend he will ask you out. If he doesn't ask you out, he's not interested in doing anything but playing games. Guys get a kick out of stringing along girls who they know like them. When a guy really likes someone, he will move heaven and earth to get her to go out with him.

Does he do stupid things in front of you or for you? Ask him to get you something that out of his way. Ask to get some food that across town, if he get it, it is most likely he likes you or at the very least lust after you. Also does he look you in the eyes alot, touch you. The main kicker is he willing to listen to you even the most boring things and acts like he is interested. At the very least you should state what makes you think he like you, and the stuff he does to confuse you.
