yea like ill be layin wit my boy and he kinda reaches down my pants ya know, not in the front but on the side and reaches around the front but i dont really dont let him go down far cause i dont know what he is gonna do.
i think im kinda stupid for not letting him do it.

Don't 'let him' do anything. Take charge of your experimentation and set the rules. If you do not set your own boundaries, then you are just something he is playing with, not someone he is making out with.

Don't let it happen until you're ready. If you guys love each other, it's fine that he's touching you. But that often leads to sex. If you're uncomfortable with it, tell him. Your body is reacting by stopping him. That means you are not ready for it. Your body and your mind are two different things. You are thinking about it too much now; that's why you are thinking, "Am I stupid for not letting him do it?" That's your mind trying to second-guess your body. But your body knows more than your mind. It wants to protect you; thus, your hand reaches down and stops his hand whenever he does that, right?
When you are good and ready for sexual touching in that part of your body, your body will let you know.

Well it means he wants to get in your pants but if your not ready dont rush into anything ok. I mean your already engage and you by not letting him do anything then it dont matter cause ya are still together.
