2006 Umbro Youth Tournament in Manchester?

Was the organisers right to play BOYS v MEN in the U14 age group.Some of the players were 14-15 and 6'2 while my players are 12-13 the right age for U14 and barely 5'

Yes.But in tournaments they seem to totally relax the rules for some reason.I played 2 weeks ago in the womens tournament there and some of the women i were playing against could have been mistaken for men!!!!!
