I know a lot of people cannot stand the way he pops pills and looks unhealthy (and still gives medical attention to others, including advice which may be hypocritical). But I absolutely love his entire way of practice. What do you think of Dr. House?

His bedside manner sucks, but he is brilliant, and I love his sarcasm! GREAT show.

He doesn't irritate me at all; instead watching that show is refreshing. It's not all glossed over and cookie-cutter like the rest of tv seems to be anymore.
I'm sarcastic by nature and so perhaps that is why I like shows like House and Becker, but they've always been so much more interesting than shows like Friends.....
I was not really aware that he pops pills anymore than most people do these days, and as far as being unhealthy goes, at least he is trying to get better (riding the motorcycle). He looks real, whatever that is.. at least compared to the plastic doctors on Grey's Anatomy.

I don't think I would be a "House addict" if House wasn't the way he is. I love his crude remarks (check out the Houseisms on the official site) and how he handles clinic patients...heehee!! But I also think his "trial and error" procedures are kind of dangerous, however, they usually work. Can't wait till the start of the new season on September 5th!!

I hate that show and all of those over dramatized shows. Specifcially ones that enter dialog to help viewers figure out the characters behavior/personality. Exampe: Few years ago...show called fast lane. One guy asks another guy "Do you cross the double white lines"...replies "every chance I get". Ugg, that was the worst dialog I have ever seen. Ok, we get it...you want to show that he is a rebel....why be so obvious.

I love him. He tells it like it is. He has the best sarcastic humor going. Would I want him to be my doctor? Damn straight! If I had some mystery illness that could not be diagnosed I wouldn't care what his methods were as long as he could cure me!

I LOVE HIM! haha his sacasm is what makes the show so interesting, if it was just some guy talking about all that scientific stuff, it would be just another lame doctor show. soooo ya he's gr8
