hey hun! i am assuming that you didnt see the watchdog programme that covered all of hese detox things? well, anyway, the foot pads that you are on about were one of the worst that they tested, as the tester felt no different at all, and when they looked at the 'ingredients' list, there was nothing at all on there that would have benefited you. apparently, the dirty feet imprints on the pads when you wake in the morning are just where your feet have been sweating. Anyway, they got reported to the regulatory people (along with loads of other 'detox' stuff) and it was proven that there were no benefits to using them at all. apparently, you'd be better of drinking your 8 glasses of water a day and getting a decent nights sleep every night. they are a great big, expensive rip off! hope that helps hun!

Hmmm, yet ANOTHER detox scam....
....and how is it that the word 'detox' came into existance -there is NO such thing as a detox. Toxins DO NOT magically come out of your body via candles, foot pads, crystals, stones, special drinks..... you excrete them the NORMAL way, the way humans have done for millenia - urine, sweat & faeces.
By a simple lifestyle change & stopping the intake of bad products, the body will naturally clease itself as well as it can.
Drink plenty water, eat fresh fruit & veg. (plently of fibre, minerals & vitamins etc)

I watched the watchdog programme too - dont bother using them.
Total gimmick.
If you want to detox, ask your doctor for advice.

Hey! Good question!!
I was wondering about those things as well. All I saw was the adverts for them, I didn't see the Watchdog programme or anything.
I had my doubts as to how they were going to work (I mean how come with all these toxins your shoes don't rot off in two weeks flat)?
Anyway, thanks for asking and thanks everyone for answering!

Yes please, take your baby to the vet er or something but don't just leave her unattended throughout the whole night. It could be that that made her sick or not but it's better to be safe than sorry!
