Tailoring Jeans?

I have a question about what a tailor can do to my jeans.

I am in between sizes right now, and my waist is one size but my thighs are not. So if I buy the jeans that fit my waist, the thigh is too large.

Is there anyway that a tailor can fix that?

yes, he will just take your measurements and you will have to pay him cashola. but yes. he can.

he can fix it and what i've heard is that they'll look brand new
