Why does it matter? If the person wanted you to no they would tell you

I bet a lot of people that may have warrents on THEMSELVES would be interested in knowing that question.

I think that is held pretty close by the Police, but if you know someone in Law Enforcement they can look it up if they have a name and birthday.
