I actually did see some at Party City about 2 weeks ago. I thought it was a cool idea. I live in NC, and I have no idea if Party City is a nationwide chain or not. So, I hope I helped you find them. Good luck.

Get a normal bottle (glass is best) and simply put the address on a sticker and stick it to the bottle. With postage, of course. I have seen a coconut that was delievered from Hawaii to South Carolina. It was not in a box.

a theme store, dont' think you'll get them in time, if theres a soda bottle/beverage bottle you can use I'd buy a bunch of drinks, drink um and clean them fast.
