I heard that, but I'm pretty sure i've lost some body fat, and my boobs are still big as ever (much to my dismay =\)

Not true.

Fat loss (and gain) is genetically determined. People store fat in different places. So if you are not inclined to store it up top, you will lose breast, arm, neck and back fat first. Otherwise, if you tend to be top-heavy, you will lose more in your lower body first.

Breast composition matters. Breasts are made of fatty AND glandular tissue. Yes, you can lose fat, but you can't lose glands. If your breasts are mostly gladular, then they will maintain their shape and size for most part. but if they're really fat, expect to see reductions if you lose weight.

If you gained the weight due to hyperinsulinemia or hypoglycemia (check out www.hufa.org) then the face and chin is the first to lose, cause that is the point farthest away from your pancreas. Then the upper chest, upper arms, etc, with the stomach and thighs being the last to lose - because they are closest to the pancreas.

I don't think so because just like you I lost weight and I haven't seen my boobs get any smaller. But hopefully they will when I lose some more weight.

Depends on the person,some do,some don't. I didn't lose mine until I got under 200 lbs,then they went down a few sizes
