without been nice you cant be beautiful, without been beautiful you can't be nice. They are both for each other although they can stand alone at times.
Depending on how you use those terms. Beautiful is much more as it can be beautiful from inside outwards. Nice is something to do with a behavior or action.
So I would say, beautiful.

If your a ***** and your beautiful, people perceive you as ugly then, If your nice and not so attractive, people will see you as beautiful. So nice, hands down.
