You can use the same things for Acne, like Differin. I know Mederma also removes scars. Vitamin E is said to work (the inside of a capsule) maybe even the inside of an Aloe Vera plant leaf or gel made from it --and it is important to wash with a face wash that contains at least 10% glycolic acid (will have to get from a dermatologist) - Also, microderm abrasion and laser treatments. ($$$) Try to buy a face wash that exfoliates for men (Clinique makes one)
Neosporin may get rid of them but it also may cause new ones.

While it took little less than two months for me to really see a difference, my acne, blackheads and whole lot of other skin problems I had such as eczema had completely cleared! It was totally amazing...

You really need to be seen by a dermatologist for an accurate answer for your question. The depth, severity, and type of scars will dictate what may or may not be effective in diminishing their appearance.

Good luck.

Try Mederma; I used it and it made my acne scars seem smoother and softer. It’s a greaseless, topical gel, it smells okay, and it really improved the appearance of my acne scars :)

Chemical peals, lazars, scrubs. A dermatologist can fix you up in a jiffy. Most other products take forever over and over or don't work at all.
