If you're sure you have hemorrhoids than maybe you should ask how to get rid of it. Hemorrhoids will not just vanish as soon as your wife (or anyone else) will look at them.

If you know they are there why should she look. She will not be able to see the internal ones anyway. She could however feel around and maybe tell if you have internal hemorrhoids But that will be painful!. Go to a good doctor and get those things removed before they get worse!
