Is is associated with the devil. There was a Damon at my school a few years back who was born on Halloween. He was definately a terror. He moved, thankfully.

My childhood nick name was Damien because I can be truely evil and get away with it through manipulation... plus I have a strange birth mark that looks like three 9's upside down on the back of my head.

There was a series of old horror movies, but the name was "Damien" not Damon....I wouldn't name my child Damien...Damon, maybe.

They are wrong, they´re confusing it with "Damian or Damien" which was the name of the devil in "The Omen" movies. The name Damian does not mean devil, however, it means "sweet". Ironic, eh?
