Marketers know that beyond a certain age, people have picked their brands. Therefore, they always go for the under 30 crowd. After that, people are pretty set with what they buy.
Look at some of the cooking stuff in the grocery store. Clabber Girl, etc. All old fashioned labels. Mothers show the daughters how to do cooking and they stick with what the mother was using. Can't touch that kind of marketing clout!
