exercise!!!!!! and eat right. eat about 500 less calories a day and you'll lose a pound a week. for exercise do cardio or aerobics and weight training.. and i dont think nicole had plastic surgery.. do you see any scars on her when there are pictures of her in a swim suit in magazines? she exercised with a personal trainer... and then she became anorexic/ bulimic

Celebreties have tons of money for things us normal ppl can never afford. And they wont admit or give you there secrets either.(darn them). Plastic surgery to remove the flabby skin, lyposuction to get rid of a few pounds over nite and having a personal trainer and some one to plan a cook your meals for you lol. Thats how they do it must be nice huh? but i dont think you will get flabby skin from losing 30-40 pounds that happens to ppl severly obese and loose alot quickly due to surgery. Do excercises that tone it will tighten skin and drink alot of water helps loose weight and good for skin.

40lbs shouldnt give you flabby skin.
And if it does, the skin won't be hanging off of you or anything. Just maybe a little less firm.
