Nice jeans, layered tanks and a light jacket. Or, if you like skirts, a nice skirt with a sleeveless top and a light jacket or over shirt that isn't too hot but you have in case the AC is on.

I would say if u r more comfortable in jeans- wear jeans! Im with you- Im a jeans and boots girl! What I would consider is wearing a nice pair of jeans and maybe a button up and down shirt- that has the peek a boo thing at the bottom and shows just little hints of your tummy. A nica necklace and do up your hair into something fun and just be YOU and be comfortable on your first day! Or you could just wear a blue jeans mini skirt with a nice bright shirt. Have an awesome first day!

Hello, School is about learning not about looking good but i understand that a first impression is important. I would say wear what you are comftable with and let people see the real you. If you pretend to be someone that you are not on your 1st few days then you may seem abit wierd to others at the school as you have changed in a matter of days if you know what i mean.

hmm. Just take whatever you wore last year in this season (I don't mean physically take the clothing, but the same style or whatever) and change it just a bit so it is ready for high school. You can just add a necklace to an outfit, or change it completely. But definitely BE YOURSELF, because if you aren't, then you have to spend 4 years being someone you're not, and that's hard.... Good Luck!! But go low on makeup, you want the teachers to think (and know!!) that you are very focused for school. =) Hope it helped!

I'd go to an Old Navy if you have one nearby cause they have some cute tanks these days that do the two layer deal. You can pair it with a cute pair of jeans or a denim skirt. Aeropostale is also a great place to go to for a cute look. Best of luck to you on your search for the right outfit :)

Some problems here!
A great idea is:
1. Cropped jeans (any type)
2. A cute polo shirt--- Lacoste (if willing to spend $75), Tigre, AE, Abercrombie, Tommy Hilifiger, Ralph Lauren, etc.
Looks sophisticated, neat, and intellectual! Teacher and students like this!

Good luck, and wish me some too!
First impressions are most important!

It doesnt really matter youll notice that the feww ppl who dress up in HS are freshman or ppl who r tryin to impress other by their looks but dnt go to dressed up, go like you would on a normal day but have fun, ppl usually go all pretty that fisrt or second day of school so if u wanna get noticed go pretty the 3rd day

Try wearing something simple and plan like jeans and a cute shirt with flat shoes on the first day then see what clique you fit in. Once you find out which one you fit in then start wearing something that is more like your clique.

Hope that helps! :)

Don't do the whole first impression thing. You can do that the whole year, and honestly, people don't give a crap what you wear. Just wear jeans, a shirt (layers), and cute shoes. That's what I wear all year long.

Everyone else will be so concerned with what THEY are wearing that they won't even notice what you are wearing. This is coming from a girl who has graduated college. I can't even remember a single outfit anyone else wore EVER because I was so worried about what I was wearing. I bet you every single graduate will tell you the same thing.
