Attach it as a file just like you would anything else you were trying to send via email. If your email provider won't let you do this (some have limits on attachment sizes so your mp3 might be to big) then get an invite for a Gmail account from someone as Gmail allows pretty big files attachments and I've emailed mp3s that way myself a few times.

If ur using hotmail: Click Attach File. Browse to the file and click ok If you using Gmail: Click Attach and browse to the file and say ok. Mind you, hotmail allows only 10MB size transfer and gmail only 20 MB

when you're sending an e-mail, press the "attatch file" button, and search for the file. double click on it, then send it to the person.
