I would have to answer 1)the Atlantic ocean, and 2) the Pacific ocean. Contrary to popular rumor, you CANNOT see the great wall of China without a telescope. As far as manmade objects, the only manmade objects that can be seen are 1)the U.S.-Canada border between Minnesota and the Rocky Mountains, due to the markedly different land use patterns between the two nations, and the city lights around the world during the night, which are very obvious. (especially Tokyo)

A letter from astronaut Alan Bean gives some insight on the subject:

"The only thing you can see from the moon is a beautiful sphere, mostly white (clouds), some blue (ocean), patches of yellow (deserts), and every once in a while some green vegetation. No man-made object is visible on this scale. In fact, when first leaving earth's orbit and only a few thousand miles away, no man-made object is visible at that point either."

Everyone who said the Great Wall of China hasnt seen the light. THEY ARE WRONG. I will pose a simple example. The Great Wall of China is real long, about 4000 miles, but it is not WIDE. For an object to be seen from the moon, it must be big, that is wide and long. The Great Wall of China is long but only as wide as a vehicle roadway, and less wide then a freeway. So if you think you can see the Great Wall of China from the moon, then you should also believe you can see the I-40 freeway running across the US. :-P

The only man made object visible from space is the Great Wall of China.

The oceans and the continents are definitely visible. Clouds are visible. But, assuming you really mean something man made, I don't know what the other thing would be.

Continents, the sea, the Sahara dessert I guess. Clouds, tornadoes, hurricanes, and a whole bunch of other things.
Man-made: The Great Wall of China.
