Is there a way to look back later after messages sent to BCC addressees to see who those were who were sent?

Sometimes after sending a particular "forward" piece to few others , we wonder if so and so was included

Yes, you should be able to go to the e-mail you sent in the Sent Folder and see who the original recipients that you sent it to.
