The risk of HIV transmission during fellatio & cunnilingus is extremely low compared to vaginal and anal sex. However, there have been a few cases of HIV transmission most likely resulting from oral-vaginal sex.

only if the first girl had an std in her mouth which can happen with things like gonorrhea and herpes, but its not possible if she had an std in her vagina and only gave him oral. If she had HIV she would have to have an open sore in her mouth for the guy to catch it because I'm sure you cant catch HIV through saliva

Any time you do anything sexual there is a chance that you will get "crusties". Even oral sex is not safe, I know of people who have gotten herpes on their mouths from oral sex. so then if that person even kisses someone they can transmit a disease.
Remember it is the exchange of fluids for HIV and just by touch for many others.

HIV is possible. Other STD's like clamydia and such don't live in the mouth, but I suppose if it was immediately after.
Herpes is transferable from oral to genital. So if you have a cold sore and give oral sex, you can give that person genital herpes. Which is uncurable.

Hiv does not get transferred through any of that .. the only way that HIV can get transferred is if both sides had mixed blood .. i mean for example .. if BLOOD was found then maybe .. but if no blood was in any of what u were doing then there isnt a way for HIV to be transferred

What is the Definition of Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STDs)?
Sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) are transmitted sexually by someone who is infected. These infections are usually passed by intercourse, but can also be passed through other types of sex, such as oral sex.
STDs can be caused by viruses or bacteria. If you have ever had sex, you may be at risk for having an STD. You are at higher risk if you have had many sex partners, have had sex with someone who has had many partners, or have had sex without using condoms (rubbers).

From what i understand you can not get HIV if you kiss someone. so if she gave him oral sex then you should be safe but if you want to know for sure then contact the local center for disease control. they can answer your question with all the fact.

STD's can be passed on through oral sex but are not necessarily so. If in doubt visit your local GUM (Genito-urinary medicine) clinic. It's always better to be safe than sorry.

Yeah. If a girl with, say, oral herpes goes down on a guy, he can get genital herpes. If he sticks his dick in you, and he's having a herpes flair-up, he can pass his herpes to your cute little pu$$y. This is why it's an excellent idea to use condoms if you plan to be sleeping around with lots of different partners you don't really know.
I think HIV is slightly harder to spread.

Hiv can spread through mucus so get tested and evaluated for anything just to make sure.
