Baby, I'm so glad to hear that! Wonderful! Three years ago, I was unemployed, receiving public assistance, my momma was diagnosed with cancer, and I felt like a complete failure to my two girls. I went into a deep depression and attempted suicide. You might not have heard of it, but there was this song on the radio(it's a gospel song)called "I Won't Complain". I started to pray and reconnect with myself, and went through months of therapy. I'm working, back in school, Momma's been cancer free for three years, and I'm taking care of my girls. Things in life may bring you down, but baby, you got to get back up! I'm proud of you and be blessed, darling!

Like some, I have flirted with the idea in the past. My older brother took it one step further and did in fact give up. He jumped off the Clifton Suspension Bridge in 2004.. This changed my view of giving up forever. It is totally destructive to those you leave behind in a way that you cannot envisage when contemplating such a thing.. My advice if you want to give up, put it off until tomorrow. It'll wait!

Not really..No. I've been extremely depressed for so many times, thought about giving up on life..But never took action. I don't think I can do it anyway. But whenever I'm doing something..Driving my car real fast or riding a dangerous game or anything that could end my life in any second..I don't feel fear..I just don't think or care about death or dying anymore..Whatever happens..happens.

Sometimes life seems so overwelming. So many times I have found myself on my knees crying because I think I can't handle it anymore. But God fills me with the strength and peace that everything will be alright. I don't know how I'd live with out that assurance that God loves me and will help me when I ask.
