Just having a friend, then anytime............
But as a boy boy boyfriend.... then er? wait until your a little bit older like late teens....
or even early twenties.... the older you get the more you understand what you want. The things you thought were right in your late teens are normally not what you want in your 20's or even 30's. People do change alot, depending on your career and your goals in life. And often it does not match your friends when you grow up from a young age. Unless you are just dating around then none of this matters, or if you are lucky enough to find someone that you can grow old with.
But anyway if you are looking for a boyfriend, just keep this in mind.... There will be a time when the guy will really want to get very personal and close to you... so think to yourself, do you want to get really intimate at a early age or later?!?!?
(Guys hormones go crazy at the teens stage).....hell even after that too !!

I think the right age for that is 16 or 17. Or whenever you know they are responsible enough to no just go jump in the sheets. Having a boyfriend is a big commitment.

Well I got in a strong relationship with an older guy that was 15 and we are still together! I went over to his house and hung-out at some of their parents parties and we saw each other at church, our parents didn't allow us to go out by ourselves but with friends! So we did that! Old enough to know how to spell girl. Start dating a lot of people at 16. Don't get a boyfriend until 18 or so. She should also know how to spell girl.
