I definetely say GO TO THE PARTY! Even though YOU dont get along with this other girl your friend really does and its your friends birthday-its her day! So for one single day-swallow your pride and be semi nice to this other person. For your friends sake! But definetely go! She will feel awful if u dont! Lets see- a present for a 13 year old girl huh? How about a nice pair of eaarings or a great necklace for school? Or maybe a gift card for one of the stores like Walmart where she can pick out something herself! Put twenty one dollar bills in a box and wrap it with pretty paper and a bow! EVERYONE likes to get cash!!!!

Definitely you should go to your friends party even if a girl you dislike is there. I had the same problem with a nasty girl at my friends pool party. This girl shouldn't stop you from celebrating with your friend. Just stay clear of her and don't talk to her to avoid drama. As of a present for your friend make up is always nice along with gift cards to stores.

I had a problem like that too and I went.
The girl there that I hated hit my with a stick twice and gave me a bad scratch wit it but don't let that discourage u.
Lol
I would still go just try to stay away from her.
For the present I would get her money or a gift-card for her fav. store then she can buy what she wants.

you should get your friend a CD or a gift card to her favorite store.
while you are at the party just ignore the person that you hate....OR...... take revenge on the person you hate.LOL
